EXTRA DRY
This elegant sparkling wine is made using the most important white grapes cultivated in Trentino Alto Adige, estate grown in our vineyards at the foothill of the Dolomites.

CHARACTERISTICS
The bouquet displays rich and intense aromas of fresh fruits like red apple, pear, white peach, melon, and delicate pineapple with an elegant note of wild mountain rose. The palate is very pleasant with a soft mousse, persistent bubbles and smooth acidity.

ROSé
This elegant sparkling wine is made from a selection of white & red grapes found in the valleys of the foothills of the Dolomites.

CHARACTERISTICS
Bright in color with pale pink hues. On the nose, hints of mountain rose, fresh cherry, peach and bergamot. The flavor is intense, with very delicate bubbles and a mousse that continues for a long time. There is a fresh & juicy finish that makes the wine lively and enjoyable.

  • Stone Fruit ZZgroppino

    1 oz. stone fruit infused vodka
    2 scoops lemon sorbet
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé

    To infuse the vodka, add 1 peach or plum, skin on, and 1 cup vodka to a blender. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Let stand for at least 10 minutes or up to an hour. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store, covered, in the refrigerator. For each cocktail, add 1 ounce of the stone fruit infused vodka and the 2 scoops of sorbet to a metal cocktail shaker. Whisk until combined, then slowly whisk in chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose.

  • Bobbing for AppleZZ

    3/4 oz gin
    3/4 oz Calvados
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz honey syrup
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut

    For the honey syrup, combine 2/3 cup honey with 1/3 cup very hot water and stir rapidly until combined. Store in the refrigerator. For the cocktail, combine the gin, calvados, lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce honey syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 12 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne coupe or flute. Top carefully with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut.

  • MeZZa Holiday Cobbler

    1 lemon slice
    1/2 blood orange slice
    1/2 fig
    1/2 oz pure maple syrup
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose

    Muddle the lemon slice, 1/2 blood orange slice, 1/2 fig, and maple syrup in the bottom of a chilled glass.
    Fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice, then top with chilled
    Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose. Garnish with 1/2 fig and blood orange slice, plus optional rosemary and freshly grated cinnamon or nutmeg.

  • Holiday Alpine SpritZZ

    1 tsp juniper berries
    1 sprig rosemary
    1 oz Green Chartreuse
    1 oz dry vermouth
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut

    Muddle the juniper berries, rosemary, and Green Chartreuse in the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. Add dry vermouth and ice, then stir until chilled. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut. Garnish with additional rosemary or pine.

  • New Year’s Welcome

    1 1/2 oz gin
    3/4 oz pineapple syrup
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    2 large fresh sage leaves
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut

    To make the syrup, combine equal parts pineapple juice and sugar in a blender, then blend on high until the sugar dissolves. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in the refrigerator.
    For each cocktail, add the gin, pineapple syrup, lemon juice, and sage leaves to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
    Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut.

  • St. Valentine’s FiZZ

    1 oz gin
    3/4 oz pomegranate syrup
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    4 drops rose water
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose

    To make the syrup, combine equal parts pomegranate juice and sugar in a blender, then blend on high until the sugar dissolves. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in the refrigerator.
    For each cocktail, add the gin, pomegranate syrup, lemon juice, rose water to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
    Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose.

  • Mezza Summer Sparkler

    1½ oz Berry Infused St. Germain
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose

    Add ¾ cup fresh mixed berries and 1 cup St. Germain to a blender. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes or up to an hour. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store, covered, in the refrigerator. Pour the infused St. Germain into a chilled glass filled with ice, then top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose.

  • Pineapple Ginger Spritzz

    1 oz of Pineapple Ginger Juice
    1½ oz Aperol
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut

    Add 2 medium knobs peeled ginger root and 1 cup fresh pineapple juice to a blender. Blend on high speed just until the ginger root is liquified. Strain through a fine mesh and store in the refrigerator. Pour the pineapple ginger juice and Aperol into a chilled glass filled with ice. Carefully top with chilled Mezza Di Mezzacorona Brut.

  • Pool Side Splash

    2 oz. Pineapple juice
    2 oz. Chilled coconut water
    4 oz. Mezza di Mezzacorona
    Fresh figs for garnish

    Pour pineapple juice and coconut water into a large wine glass with ice. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with a festive paper straw, orange slice & enjoy!

  • Rosé Pomegranate Punch

    16 oz. Pomegranate juice
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    12 oz. citrus vodka
    1 chilled bottle of Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé
    12 oz. of seltzer water
    Sliced lemon for garnish

    Pour all ingredients into a large bowl with ice. Add in a bottle of chilled bottle of Mezza di Mezzacorona Rose. Stir and garnish with sliced lemon. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses with ice.

  • Lemon Berry BliZZ

    2 Tbsp of frozen blueberries
    2 oz. limoncello
    5 oz. chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Fresh mint for garnish

    In a large wine glass mix the frozen blueberries, limoncello and ice. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with fresh mint and a paper straw!

  • Fragole On Ice

    1 strawberry, muddled
    1½ oz. vodka
    ½ oz fresh lemon juice
    ½ oz basil simple syrup
    4 oz Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé

    In shaker muddle the strawberry first, then combine vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé.
     

  • Citrus Fizz

    1 oz. Aperol
    3 oz. blood orange juice
    Dash of orange bitters
    Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona

    Combine Aperol, blood orange juice and orange bitters in a shaker with ice; strain into a coupe glass. Top with Mezza di Mezzacorona sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Ginger Lime SpritZZ

    1 small piece of peeled ginger, chopped
    1 oz. fresh lime juice
    1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
    6 oz. chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona
    Mint for garnish

    Place chopped ginger in a highball glass, add lime juice, ginger liqueur and ice. Mix well. Top with Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with fresh mint and a paper straw.
